From Three Days a Week to Marble Strength’s Top 4: Sara’s Journey of Consistency

When Sara first walked into Marble Strength, she didn’t think much would be different from the other gyms she had tried. Show up, take the class, leave—no strings attached. But she quickly realized this wasn’t “just another gym.”

“I started out going just three days a week, assuming it would be like all the other gyms I’d tried,” Sara said. “But when people began asking where I was, and I started feeling more confident with the movements, something shifted. I didn’t want to miss a class—I felt like I belonged.”

Now, Sara is one of our Top 4 Committed Club members for 2025 so far, logging an impressive 138 training sessions in just six months. Her commitment has earned her not only recognition, but a stronger, healthier, and more confident version of herself.

One of her proudest achievements this year? Running two 5Ks—especially after not having run more than a mile in a long time. “The encouragement of the coaching staff (T) made all the difference,” she shared.

And while she doesn’t have a “favorite” lift, she approaches each workout with the same mindset: show up, give it her best, and adapt as needed. “If I need to modify something, it turns into a ‘SaraWOD’ and I roll with it. Even if I can’t do exactly what’s prescribed, I still push myself, and I always feel supported to do what I can.”

Sara’s motivation isn’t just about the physical results—it’s about the community and the mental reset that comes with each class. “For me, coming to the gym has become a lifestyle. It’s not something I have to do—it’s something I genuinely enjoy. It’s part of my daily routine now, not a chore. Showing up after school helps me unwind, clear my head, and stay active all at once. I’ve always said—this is better than therapy.”
