Crushing Goals at 5AM!
There’s something special about the 5AM crew.

It’s quiet. It’s dark. Most of the world is still asleep. And yet, day after day, you’ll find Michelle Prochnow walking through the Marble Strength doors, ready to train before the sun even thinks about rising.
When we asked Michelle about her proudest gym achievement of 2025 so far, her answer was humble and powerful:
“I’m pretty proud that I’ve stuck to this routine for this long—especially how early I work out.”
That consistency? It’s no small feat. Especially when it means setting an alarm at an hour most people fear.
But Michelle doesn’t just show up—she shows out. This year alone, she’s hit PRs in cleans, push presses, and deadlifts. That’s not a coincidence. That’s a result of dedication, discipline, and a little friendly accountability from her 5AM squad.
“The other 5AM-ers will call you out if you miss a class,” she joked.
And while most folks groan at the mention of burpees, Michelle is out here making bold declarations:
“Running and… sorry… I like burpees lol.”
We forgive her. Kind of.

What really lights her up, though, are the community workouts—partner WODs, holiday throwdowns, fundraisers like Mayhem. The kind of days where the gym feels more like a block party than a workout.
“They’re fun, friendly competition workouts that bring everyone together—and then you celebrate with a beer after.”
That’s the Marble Strength way.
Right now, Michelle’s got her eyes on the jump rope—chasing down those elusive double unders.
“It’s a goal of mine to get them.”
And if there’s one thing we’ve learned watching Michelle train all year, it’s this: If she sets a goal, she’s going to get it.
