If you’ve been trying to lose weight or improve your health, you know it can be a challenge. That’s why so many people are turning to nutrition coaching as a way to help them achieve their goals and keep moving forward. Nutrition coaching is different than just hiring another dietician or personal trainer; in addition to providing you with expert advice on how to eat better, they’ll also hold you accountable for making changes. Our nutrition coaches will work with you by setting specific goals that are achievable within a certain timeframe and then helping keep you motivated along the way!
Goals
Before you begin to work with a nutrition coach, it’s important to have clear goals. If you don’t know where you’re going, how will your coach know when and if they’ve reached their destination?
You will sit down with a Coach at Marble Strength to talk about what you want to achieve and in what timeframe.
Time-based goals are also important because they give both parties a timeframe within which they can work together on achieving common objectives (e.g., 3 months from now).
Realistic goals should be specific enough so as not to be easily obtained but still achievable once determined steps are taken toward achieving them (e.g., losing 15 pounds in 2 years). It’s okay if these seem like big numbers because every journey begins with one step!
Be specific about those goals — both short-term and long term.
Our Coaches can help you dial in why you haven’t been able to reach your goals. They can meet you where you are and give you small actionable tasks that can help you take proper steps forward towards your overall target.
The same goes for exercise: if it’s something new in your life, set a specific number of days per week or minutes per day that work best for your schedule and preferences.

If you’re looking to lose weight, then nutrition coaching is the way to go! It will help you set realistic goals and keep track of your progress as well. Nutrition coaches also provide support and motivation throughout the process so that you don’t give up on yourself when things get tough (which they inevitably will).
