Hiring a coach or personal trainer is a great way to jump-start your fitness journey and achieve your goals. Coaches can help you set goals, map out a plan, and provide you with support & accountability to reach those goals. At Marble Strength, our expert coaches work with you one on one to ensure you are moving properly and staying focused on your goals. We can help you identify any limitations or challenges along the way and alter the plan based on your needs.

ACCOUNTABILITY

Our Coaches here at Marble Strength are here to hold our clients accountable. To make sure that once we set the goals we are working towards them. Staying on track on your workout schedule and tracking progress.

If we notice you slacking, we always check in to make sure you are okay and if you need a little extra support we are there for you.

PERSONALIZATION

If you work one on one with a Coach, the program and schedule is completely flexible to you. Each program is tailored towards the individual needs. We don’t use cookie cutter programs, we sit down with you to discuss what you’re looking for, what you want to achieve and we map out that plan with you to get you the results you are after.

PROGRESS

Our Coaches will help you track your progress, measure your success and make necessary adjustments to your workout program. We are not wizards. We cannot make magic happen. What we do is provide you with the necessary tools and support to be successful. We keep our clients motivated by measuring progress and tracking along the way. If everything is working well we continue on, if something needs to be adjusted we make adjustments. There is never a one size fits all program.

SUPPORT

Having support on your journey can be crucial to your success. Knowing somebody is invested in your results as much as you can be a great motivator. Our Coaches are committed 100% to seeing you achieve the results you want and be a happier, more confident person.

It’s not always easy to do things on your own. We get distracted, unexpected obstacles come up and the stress of dealing with it all can be overwhelming. Having someone by your side can help take the load off and keep you on track.
