NUTRITION KITCHEN IN THE HOUSE

Wednesday night at Marble Strength was awesome! Alison, from Nutrition Kitchen came and served up some of her best meals and gave out samples of some delicious snacks!

Alison and I met years ago. I believe I reached out to her on Instagram because I saw another gym posting about her food and I wanted more information. Within minutes she got right back to me and within days she was in the gym meeting with me! You can’t beat that response time.

When I finally got around to trying the food, it was incredible! Everything she served up was delicious, macros on point and I couldn’t be happier to recommend her today! She has been a part of out community, albeit on the outskirts, but part of it none the less in various ways (podcasts, youtube videos, events, training & more!) and I appreciate the support from other local businesses and our friends in the fitness community!

Alison does a really great job with her meals. We get them here every week and the menu is rotated so you can have something different each time!

My personal favorites are the Honey Sriracha Meatballs, ALL OF THE OVERNIGHT OATS AND SNACKS!!!, Deconstructed burger bowl, Pork Fried Rice bowl and the Steak is fantastic! Highly Recommend!
