Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced thinly
- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
Directions:
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the beef and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
- Add broccoli and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix beef broth, soy sauce, and cornstarch until smooth. Pour into the pot.
- Return the beef to the pot and simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve over rice if desired.
