Our Kids Program is back! Beginning Tuesday July 12th at 3:30pm!
We are ready to give your kids the workout and foundation they need to succeed!
Through our program our athletes can expect a combination of skill practice, strength training, and fun games to build their fitness and build a solid foundation for future endeavors! Our classes include elements of gymnastics, weight training, running, jumping, and more to ensure a safe and effective workout plan for everyone.
The skills learned during this program will be a base foundation for any sport your child chooses to pursue. Studies have shown that children will have an increased ability to learn and succeed in any sport, once they have a good foundation to start.
Classes will be twice a week for 1 hour on Tuesday and Thursday afternoon. We only have 8 Spots available!
