At Marble Strength, we believe in the power of community, movement, and purpose. This month, that belief takes on a much deeper meaning.
We’re dedicating the month of May to raise awareness and funds for Crohn’s and Colitis—a cause that is personal to us in every way.
Years ago, I lost not just a teammate, but my business partner and close friend, Teresa Lebovits, to complications from Crohn’s disease. Her passing was sudden and devastating. Teresa wasn’t just part of Marble Strength—she helped build it. She shaped the culture, set the tone, and made this place feel like home for so many people.
She brought energy into every room she entered. She believed in people—before they believed in themselves. And she was the kind of person who always showed up, for everyone.
We miss her every single day. And this month, we move for her.

Why Crohn’s and Colitis?
Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis affect more than 3 million Americans. They’re chronic, painful, and often misunderstood. Treatment options are limited, and the emotional toll is just as real as the physical one.
Teresa’s story reminds us how important it is to give this fight more attention. Through this fundraiser, we’re hoping to raise awareness, support research, and prevent more families from experiencing this kind of loss.
Here’s How You Can Be Part of It
You don’t have to be a member of the gym to get involved. This is for everyone.

Why It Matters
This isn’t just about fitness. It’s about remembering someone who helped build this community. It’s about standing up for those still fighting these diseases. And it’s about doing something meaningful, together.
We’re proud to honor Teresa the way she lived—with purpose, heart, and community.
Thank you for reading, for donating, for showing up, and for helping us make a difference.
