Parenting, especially for busy parents like myself, is a constant juggling act. Between managing a business, overseeing a team, being a husband and ensuring the well-being of my children, finding balance became crucial. The demands of family life and work often left me feeling overwhelmed and stressed. Early days and long hours at the gym, coupled with the need to be present for my family, took a toll on my well-being.
