Small Group endurance, HIIT, and bodybuilding class. Members can expect to sweat and work hard for short intervals and long distance training! Perfect for those who love cardio!
This class is only offered on Saturdays! We love to get a long conditioning workout that is sure to leave you on the floor at the end! Perfect for everyone looking for a fun and exhausting workout!
