HOW TO STAY FIT WHEN YOU GET BORED

You started out strong. You found a program online or made it on your own. Worked hard everyday. Hit the gym no matter what and you followed that plan to a T! Your clothes fit better, your friends are noticing and then… you got bored with doing the same thing over and over.

The program you started wasn’t new anymore. It was repetitive and you felt like you were spinning your wheels. What used to challenge you now became all too familiar.

The diet that came with it, chicken and rice. Chicken and vegetables. No flavor, no fun and always the same. It gets old after a while and you want a new challenge. You got in shape, you feel great, but you aren’t being challenged anymore and you have new goals! You want new challenges.

SO what do you do? How do you keep your fitness from getting boring?

I can tell you how we do it. At Marble Strength, we check in with our members at least once every 3 months to make sure they are getting what they need from their workouts. Making the improvements they want to see and aren’t getting bored with the same thing.

That diet you have been using from Coach Mark on dietsareboring.com (<–made that up) isn’t what we preach at Marble Strength either. For those that are looking to mix things up with their diet can speak with our expert Nutrition coaches and work one on one to get a focused plan to see results.

Don’t get me wrong, it’s not always easy. It takes a lot of work and can be challenging to make a change from doing something that you have been doing for years that feels comfortable to you, but if you want to see new results and soar to new levels then this might be the adjustment you need.

If you want to do this on your own without a Coach you can totally do that!
Some quick steps to keeping your workouts engaging:

Set a clear goal.
Vary up the reps and exercises.
Find a friend
Try a new vegetable every week!

It’s not always easy to make a change and find the right routine that will keep you moving forward towards progress. If you have any issues or have any questions we are happy to help! Just shoot us a message!
