At Marble Strength, we’re dedicated to helping our clients achieve their goals. We’ve found that one of the most effective ways to do this is by creating a program that can be modified to each individual’s needs and fitness level. Our group class workouts are designed to provide a broad scope on what we believe to be the most effective and safe programs to improve your health and wellness. It doesn’t stop there. Some athletes and clients require something a little more specific in their program and that’s when we turn to 1 on 1 training. From there we are able to create a custom plan for you while you attend our group classes as well! With more flexibility within the program we can boost results and see greater change.

If you are serious about building strength, losing fat, and seeing amazing results, then our program is for you. We have seen incredible changes with our clients over the years and we don’t see any reason that should stop.

Our program is based on thousands of hours of research into how the human body works. We use what’s called the SAID principle – Specific Adaptation to Imposed Demand – which means that the body gets stronger by adapting to the demands placed upon it (this is true for both strength training AND cardio).

If your goal is to get stronger, faster or even more flexible, then this principle applies to YOU! Another benefit of using this science-based approach is that through progressive overload (lifting heavier weight over time), your muscles will grow larger while also increasing their endurance capacity too so they become more efficient at burning fat because they can contract faster than before.

Prevent Injury

You might not know that strength training is an effective injury prevention tool. In fact, it’s one of the best ways to prevent injury, since it improves muscle flexibility, balance and posture—all key components of maintaining good health.

Strength training also improves sports performance by increasing power output and enhancing endurance capacity. It can even increase muscular endurance by improving muscle strength-endurance capacity—the ability of your muscles to work for an extended period of time without fatigue or loss of force production. Strength training can help you run faster longer, jump higher and throw farther!

It seems like every week there’s a new study coming out talking about how beneficial weightlifting is for preventing injuries in athletes at all levels: high school athletes who have been shown to have less than half as much risk of injury when they lift weights regularly; collegiate tennis players whose risk drops 47% when they lift weights three times per week; recreational runners whose risk decreases by 25% after just two months on an intensive weightlifting program…the benefits go on!
