Get ready to bring a friend!

Bring a friend day is on Saturday, February 11th at 9am. This is an opportunity for anyone who has been training at marble strength to workout with a friend or loved one. If you have never trained at Marble Strength before, this would be a great time to try it out.

What can you expect?

If you’re looking for a fun work out, you’ve come to the right place! Our workouts are designed to be accessible and enjoyable for everyone, but our actual goal is to help as many people in the area get back to living a more fulfilling life.

We’ll help you find your way through the workout, even if it’s your first time coming in or if you’re an experienced athlete.

Our coaches are passionate about helping others reach their goals and they love taking the time to get to know each member of their class. They will guide everyone through each exercise with care and attention so that everyone can feel empowered and supported during their workout.

After the workout, we will want to sit down with everyone 1 on 1 and find out more about you. What your goals are? What do you want to achieve? How can we best help you achieve those goals?

We love meeting new people and setting plans for them that get them results. We’ve helped so many people in our time here, we would love to get you started and feeling more confident.

This is a chance for our members to show others what we do at Marble Strength. Everyone is important to us and everyone gets the attention they need.

We know how difficult it can be to find a gym that you feel comfortable in, but we want you to know that we have been there too! We’ve spent years working out at different gyms, trying everything from hot yoga and spin classes to CrossFit and HIIT sprints. Here at Marble Strength we want everyone who comes into our door to feel welcome and comfortable—and if they’re not already familiar with us, then we’ll do whatever it takes until that happens!
