Get Excited!

1 more week of Strength Prep and next week we will find our Heavy Singles and make new Personal Records in Front Squats, Bench Press, Deadlift, Pull Ups, Handstand Push Ups, Box Jumps and Rowing!

I know, I know you guys are super excited about another week of prep! It’s coming to an end I assure you and then we will begin another prep cycle where we crush even more weights!

I’m pumped to see you guys demolish some Personal Records and put your name on that PR board, ring that bell and post in Bright Spots Friday all of your achievements!

In other news. Thanks to everyone who helped out yesterday at the Vendor Fair! I appreciate all of the hardwork you guys put in to support the gym and build the community! We had a great showing! A lot of people came by, a few people did the challenges and I think everyone who helped out had a fun time just hanging out!

I will need some help for the Monmouth Championships in October as well! Definitely be on the look out for the volunteer sheet! It’s gonna be an epic event (as usual!)

Holiday Wars is coming up right after that! Be ready for the assault on barbells!
