Our Final Challenge of the Year – Total Fitness Challenge

Our time in this world is brief. Life can be hard at times. There are so many factors we can’t control but it is ultimately the decisions we make that shape our experience of living. Every day we are given choices to make. Specifically, what choices will you make today about your health and wellness?

At CFDA, we run a few health and fitness challenges a year. These challenges involve a consistent training regiment, a balanced meal plan, and daily lifestyle tasks aimed at helping you lose weight, improve athleticism and establish the tools to make healthy eating and regular fitness a lifestyle, not just a fad. We have a lot of repeat challengers who have benefited greatly from participating. These challenges fun and a great way to keep you guys motivated to make the right choices that will set you on the path towards better health and wellness.

Our lives are a constant work in progress. We are always looking for self-improvement. With each challenge, you improve your skill set and understanding of healthy eating and self-care. Whether it’s learning healthier recipes, cooking more often than eating out, better time management, improving your quality of sleep and relaxation, these small changes we make every day can have huge impacts.

Beginning on September 10th we will commence with our final Nutrition/Fitness challenge of the year! You will get back on track with your diet, have more energy, and be able to push yourself a little bit harder, even on the days when you aren’t feeling your best. This is your opportunity to continue improving on your life. Every day you wake up and show up you say to this world, “I’m still here. What else you got?”

We may not be able to live forever, but I’m certainly going to try.
